MG Midget and Sprite Technical - 1500 wiring loom

I have a main wiring loom purporting to be for a 77-80 1500 midget, the part number on the loom is CHA 783, which appears to reference USA models, the question is whether it is also suitable for UK cars. There is a lable on the loom which implies that the manufacture is a company called WG of Salford, but cannot find any company that this applies to, has anyone heard of them.

Never heard of that maker, but the part no is for a federal spec 1500 GAN6 20001 on.



Although anything can be made to fit with alterations, there are lots of differences between US and UK cars. Different dash layouts, column stalks etc.
