Like previous years numbers are limited to ten cars on a first come first served basis. Its a very low key informal affair, but full of interest. I don't think in the past (this is the sixth year running) we've ever had a bog standard car appear, so all of you with non-modified examples take note, for I'm sure you would benefit just as much as the modified guys from a check of fuelling and ignition timing. As always, meet about 8.30/9.00am, bacon butty lady will appear around 11.30/12.00 noon, and the cost just 25.00 for a power plot, and 40.00 for the more popular full check and plot - incredible value. It's certain that every car will be improved; torque, smoothness, fuel consumption. I'm on standby to help with the Emerald-powered KSeries cars if needed - and update your map and send to you a few days later. Points&carbs Midgets benefit too - so bring along your ASeries or Triumph-engined Midget. BTW - it's called a shoot-out, but there is no competition; Midgets with 50bhp are as welcome as those with 200+. I can't think of a better way to spend 40 on any car.
