How on earth are you going to get the wings back on!? I've never seen a midget with power-buldged wings!
Nick
No worries, it fits!
Arnold
How much airflow is there through the cooler? Which direction? Would this be a good location for an oil cooler? A
anthony
I made a small trench, air will enter there and flow through the intercooler and then along the rad air through the rad. Yes, why not for oilcooler
Arnold
Looks good Arnold, will it be ready for Spridget 50?
Bill Young
This is my intercooler Arnold, I have used similar pipework to yours. I have used 2 inch Stainless steel pipe (exhaust pipe) and braized preset bends. I have access to a pipe bender but the bends with that were not tight enough and limited space demanded I used preformed bends

Nice job! What intercooler are you using?
arnold
It is from some sort of peugeot diesel not sure which model as I bought it new with sizes from a catalogue. Could you tell me what size pipe you welded into your exhaust for the evac system?
Bob (robert) Midget Turbo
two 1" pipes into the sump, 1,5" into the exhaust (with a one way valve). Exhaust only vents when at high RPM's, otherwise via the inlet
