MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Oil leal from Oil filter

My Mk2 midget has developed an oil leak from the oil filter. It seems to be leaking from the connection to the filter adaptor for what I believe is the 'blocked oil filter' warning light on the dashboard that seems to be a feature of the Mk2 Midget. I've checked all the parts catalogues/books I have for the Midget, even an old original BMC parts catalogue from 1965, and none of them show this connection to the filter adaptor. Presumably there is just some gasket/oil seal that needs replacing, but does anyone know what type of seal/gasket is required?
