MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Richard Watkinson Midget
Does anyone know Richard Watkinson? I've just found out he is sprinting my old car, and I'd like to get in touch with him cheers Neil
Neil Williams
Neil, I know Richard but unfortunately don't know his number. You could try getting in touch with Lawrie Brown of the Luffield Speed championship or put a post on our forum : http://www.mgcars.org.uk/mgccsc/ While you are there have a read of the report 'LuffStuff 08'. Your old car is mentioned! John
John Payne
Here's a pic of it about 3 years ago.

Thanks John, It sure looks better than it used to, this was just after I put the exhaust through the car to get it below 112dB
Neil Williams
I have sent him an email, if you send me your mail address to danny at cusworth.net i will forward it to him. here's another photo btw what wheel arches are they?
d cusworth
On the 'Blue' car - looks like Group 2 Mini arches to me... On the 'White' car - those are the arches that Peter May sells I believe...
James Bilsland
That is stunning And for Prop should he come on here, thats the best wing vents in the world ...............ever!!! For some reason it makes me want to "stance" a midget, stretched tyres with the rim sat flush with the edge of the arch, that kinda thing. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
PeterJMoore
Imagine the Midget equivalent of this wee Datsun
PeterJMoore
That is a sharp little racer Hey peter, no doulbt that kind of fender vent would work well, It just dosnt have the look i like
