MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Rubber bumper conversion kits

Does anyone sell these?
I was looking for the plinth sections that fit under the rear lights and the section for the indicator on the front wing to fill the hole in.

Here I was hoping that you wanted to convert one of those chrome bumper RWA cars in to a nice rubber bumper midget.

Please don't do it and appreciate your car for what it is

Not that I am aware of, although someone on here did design and 3D print some front wing indicator hole "adaptors".

It's an idea I have been toying with too, but currently short on funds for the printer.

Somebody has made batches of the rear infill panels in fibreglass, sorry but I cannot remember who. A good forum search should find it.

hi all
i went to a local car show a couple of weeks ago and while i was there i saw a rubber bumper conversion which was the best iv seen. so much that i am looking for a rubber bumper model to convert myself. this company that do the conversions are nothing to do with me but i thought id share it with you all as in my opinion looks a very good alternative to chrome. they are called RPS CAR CONVERSIONS. have a look, what do you think,i like it. its reasonably priced as well.

There is a guy in the US that makes some filler bits out of some sort of resin.

Thanks for all of the replies.
It's a pity that there is no one this side of the pond that are doing these.

I'll just have to keep looking or make them myself.

What goes round comes around. In 1976 a girl at work "modernised" her 3 year old midget by adding rubber bumpers. Everyone seemed to approve at the time!

I did mine myself. No too difficult at all really, makes a huge difference!

I haven't welded my rear under light sections in yet.. need to get on with that really..
