MG MGA - 'A Coupe pictures needed
Sadly, a TR6 wheel fell from a top self in my garage and landed soundly on the top of my Coupe's right front fender. Luckily the mirror deflected most of the impact! Unfortunately, I now have a fist-sized dent to match the one in the rear fender imparted by a shovel last year. Anyway, my '58 is red now with red/black interior. The paint is about twenty years old and needed a respray anyway. I'm looking for large, high quality picture of coupes painted in black, OE white, and dove grey. I know Dove Grey isn't correct for my year, but neither are the MGB brakes and anti-sway bar. I've seen a few pictures here and there, but most were small. Thanks |

Thanks for the pictures guys. I never realized how good black looks on an MGA! I don't know if my body will support that color, but that's the way I'm headed. I have a good selection of black cars so I only need a few more OEW and several more in Dove Grey. Anyone have an extra chrome trim set for the rear window? Still looking after 20 years! Someone should make metal reproductions of those bits. Thanks Matt |

Matt, check out this site, several photos of coupes in various colors. http://www.mgcars.org.uk/mgccmga/index1.htm Not large photos, but should give you several ideas. I personally like the mineral blue on a coupe. |

Matt Go to 'Enthusiasts' at the top of this page, then click on MGA then MGCC register. In the gallery are all the MGA colours, including a dove grey coupe. Cheers Tony |
