MG MGA - Auto Machine Shop for MGs?

To all,
I live in the Maryland area, Howard County, and I am looking for a good auto machine shop to do some work on my engine mount plate. I also will need to have my values redone over the winter on my MGA 1500. Can anyone in the area recommend a good shop on the East Coast?
