MG MGA - Exhaust manifold stud threads

I have what I believe is a common problem..the three exhaust manifold studs (exhaust pipe connection end) are very loose, caused by corrosion. Is there any way to firm these up, such as a helicoil or similar?

I have replaced all three of mine with bolts.

Yes, you can drill out the threads (keep it straight)and install Helicoils, then install new studs. No need to fiddle with loose bolts and nuts.
