MG MGA - GT-30

Who will be at GT-30? I will be there, but without my "A", due to problems mentioned elsewhere here.

I'm hoping to put together faces with the names I've come to know on the BBS!

I will be there too. My car runs great and I will be taking my $26m vehicle there. My flight leaves at 12.05am in the morning and I arrive at 10:30 am Tues morn at the airport using airport transfers tunbridge wells there.!!!!!! But I won't bring my car.

I will be there with my son. We will drive rental car from Green Bay because the MGA 1500 roadster is still about a year (or two) from completion.

My wife and I will be there. OEW '57 1500 roadster.
The limited luggage space prompted me to install a factory replica luggage rack. It looks really good, but it almost killed me to drill the holes in the nice boot lid. I still don't know if I'm over it. We will be taking a further vacation after the GT driving the MGA to Muskoka district in Ontario for a week. Should be a memorable trip as long as the ancient mechanical bits and other drivers decide to behave themselves :>)

My wife and I attended the GT-30 car show on Wednesday. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed seeing all the incredible MGAs!! We met some wonderful people as well. The fact that we didn't have our MGA didn't seem to matter. The event was really well-planned which I am sure reflects a lot of hard work on the event organizers. Just wish we could have had our 1600 up here in Michigan. We are staying on up here in Michigan for another month. The weather is still unseasonably warm (more like South Carolina than Michigan). I certainly hope that all who attended enjoyed the scenery while they were up here.

A friend and I attended the GT30 show. we live close by and even though we have a TC, a TD, and a couple of Bs between us, we really enjoyed the show. An MG is an MG, no matter the model. Don't be surprised to see either of us in an A soon. Thanks to all who attended to display their cars.
