MG MGA - Quality restoration pictures

My apologies if this is a repost, but some amazing reference pictures in the MG (blue car) section.

Hi looks like a lovely car, the pale blue one, you would think they could put the correct door rubbers on it though, just to be picky

Gorden,

I presume you mean the door buffers should overlap the shut face plate.

Do you know if the correct type are available?

Indeed it looks like a lovely car, the pale blue one, you would think they could put the correct Jaeger duo gauge instead of the Smiths in on it though, just to be picky.

The Glacier Blue Looks like my car is going to look. Albeit mine will have the black with light blue piping for seats. Nice to see a picture other than the one I have in my head. Same year, near same serial #, but mine still has the drum brakes up front.

It looks like a nicely done restoration, but there are a lot of things they got wrong, starting with the color.

1500s only came in Glacier Blue but that looks closer to Iris Blue.

My car was originally Glacier Blue and I have a very pristine sample of the color inside the taillight plinths. It is much darker and has a lot more green in it.

For $42,000, I would want it to be correct.
