It isn't my 1978 MGB V8 for sale but it has come to my attenion through our local "Brits of the Hudson" club that I belong to.

Hi Michael,

I assume that when you say factory hardtop you are not refering to an original MGB GTV8, but a roadster conversion with a factory style hardtop?

David, I'm not saying anything just posting the ad as written.

However, I would think that you are correct that it is the factory "type" detachable hard top for the car.

What the image (image quality is a bit fuzzy) appears to show is a Roadster with the soft top.
