MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - radiator worries

I have a very nice alloy rad lined up for my conversion the problem is i will have to turn it 90 degrees to get it to fit, so the water flows side to side.the outlets are on oppasite corners so ultimatly the water will flow top to bottom does anyone know if this will work?

Crossflow rads are not unusual. I seem to recall that leter midgets went crossflow, so providing the capacity is adequate it should work.

Might be a problem if it isn't baffled. The hot water will short circuit & flow across the top leaving cold water at the bottom.

When you say opposite corners I assume you mean diagonally opposite. If so the flow will be fine.
