MG MGB Technical - bolt/thread size on fuel pump cover

On a rubber bumper B, what is the size/thread of the two bolts that thread into the captive nuts in the trunk to hold the fuel pump protective cover in place?

It has been some time since dealing with late model pump mounting, but I would guess that it is a 10-32 or possibly a 1/4 - 28 SAE thread. Cheers - Dave

The factory screw is 1/4"-28 with an untreaded portion on the tip measuring about .150" long for the screw to pilot on the hole with.
