MG MGB Technical - Need Steering Wheel and Chrome Vent Assembly for 71 B

Looking for an Original steering wheel for 1971 MGB. Black with silver struts and holes. Must be in excellent condition. Would also accept information on who.how to restore the old one I currently have.

Also looking for chrome vent window frames for same car also in near new condition.
