MG MGB Technical - Throwing the cap in !

After 22 years of boot polishing the bumpers, I've decided to go chrome.I know there will be people cringing over the thought, but rather than sell a car I know so well and buy a chrome car.- I know every nut and bolt of mine, seeing I've rebuilt it several times over the years.
My main reason for conversion is the completion of a 69 midget that looks the dogs bxxxxxxs.

I'm going to lower the car as well
New interior, keeping the original clocks
Anybody done the same? any tips before I set out?
Ray

Here is one web site that will describe all.

http://www.mgb-chrome-alone.freeserve.co.uk/

And you will find plenty of information in the archives.
And don’t listen to all of those who give you their negative thoughts. It is your car and you can do whatever you want to it! Good luck.
