MG MGF Technical - fitting spots on mgf?

How easy is it to fit spots into the bumper on the MGF? And where to get them from. thanks

They are a Rover item, they require you to cut your bumper, but a template is provided with the kit

...but these are fog lights, is this what you are after? I suspect from your description 'Spots' you mean addition driving lamps?

When I was looking for extra illumination for the midget I looked at a lot of 'driving lamps' but I think every one conformed to the BS for fog lamps, so I got fog lamps
