Yep, Swain and Jones in Farnham. I used them when I worked in Farnborough. Lots of F experience and always willing to help. Take a trip over, wander into the workshop and walk around / talk to the technicians about what they're doing to the cars they have in. Then you can form a view. As an engineer I did the above, used them and wasn't dissatisfied. As ever, support is about relationships. Make friends with the technician(s) that'll work on your car rather than the desk jockeys and they'll look after you.

I agree with Ian's comments. S&J are to be recommended.
Not perfect (who is?), but still highly recommended.

I also recommend Swain & Jones.
Not the cheapest labour rates - but the problems they fix stay fixed.
That assumes that you're in NE Hampshire though ....

Swain and Jones are definately good, but if you're in the West or North West of Hampshire Rowes in Basingstoke have worked on my VVC for almost 2 years and the Service Manager loves MGs and is always keen to discuss performance enhancements, and even fits them. Doing my brakes as we speak. Not as expensive as S&J and never had a problem. Very fair with warranty and K&Ns etc
As Ian says talk to the techies and if they're enthusiastic about your car they'll (hopefully) look after it.

Lots of good roads in Hampshire!!!!
