MG TD TF 1500 - 2009 Barrett-Jackson Results Lot 652
Now, I certainly do not gauge my mg td fascination based upon how this very narrow market does, but I just saw Lot #652, a 1951 MG TD, (Black, with Red interior), go for $30,800. Is it time to revise my coverage upward? |

Jeff, I have my Tommy (a 1952 TD, freshly restored) insured with Haggerty for enough that I can fix any major accident that may occur, for example, I assume that if I get in a front-rear crunch, I will still have a good engine and gearbox, interior and panel, but that I'll need wings, bonnet, radiator, gas tank, grill, surround, etc. If I suffer a total loss, such as a fire, it is enough money to buy a derilict TD and completely restore it, based on the experience I just had with my car. I don't cut corners on insurance. warmly, dave |
