MG TD TF 1500 - Another E-bay special

This is a nice car but... I'm not sure I agree with the ad. This was done right and a show car that is realy a 1952 but has 1953 lights so it now a 1953?

Another nice one but you have to feel sorry for the guy if he spent $20,000 to have this one restored right

but at least they aren't powered by a Datsun

Well, the " '53" tailights would mean that '53 fenders have been added?
I love "drives like a '53"

Added it to the data base as a '52...thats where the Car# fits.
Both pretty nice cars....

I love these 'totally restored' cars with such blatant errors as a black interior.

Gordon,
What's going on with the duplicate number cars ??? ie 18208, 18213, 18288, 19009... Are they sent in by different people ???

On the white one with red wheels, I like the side curtain cover and the steering wheel.

The Canadian 52-1/2-53, I enjoyed the show car's duct tape glove box liner, the electrical tape "braided" harness, missing backing plates for the horn and starter switch, the extra green light in the cluster panel over the other two, only an oil pressure gauge, no temp., the odd looking electric fuel pump and of course the black interior. This must be a 53, the wiper motor is in the middle? and it drives like one
Ron Boisvert

Truthfully? As bad as the English is on the Canadian 52-1/2-53, the photography and layout of the pictures is inventive, inviting and intriguing.

For that I give them points.

Have been adding numbers every day...some from various lists, some from ebay, some submitted... i will go through and look at duplicates...if they are from different people i will leave them in... if they are the same entry, i will remove one, or combine info...
Am averaging about 100 entries a day (by me) and about 6 a day submitted...
(its keeping my social life in check)
