MG TD TF 1500 - I got wood

My floors, side curtain door, sides, top, and the rear tack strip were delivered today. They came from NTG in the UK.

They did a fantastic packaging job and the wood is great. No damage in shipping to California.

No one is doing original wood that I could find, and the pictures of the US floors look like they are using pine plywood. NTG is using African plywood that has a great grain that looks close to the original.

I plan on sealing it and then painting it the original black.

I wasn't aware that some LHD cars had the round master cylinder access hole, instead of the rectangular rubber foot well.

John early LHD TDs didn’t have the foot well pan prior to December 1950. Somewhere between Bruce’s car and and my TD- 4834

Bruce the panels look really good. Nice grain. It’ll be a shame to hide it with black paint. Lol
