Here are the events, MG experts, and seminars that will be at GOF-South in Altamonte Springs, FL next month. Not too late to register.
GOF EVENTS, SEMINARS, & LEADERS
DRIVING TOUR TO COLLECTOR CARS: Over 60 Concours-quality collector cars, mostly European, in a totally unique location. Tour departs at 3:00PM. Dinner on your own after the tour. Then on to Evening With the Masters at 7:00PM.
EVENING WITH THE MASTERS: Once-in-a-lifetime Q&A discussion forum with world renowned MG experts.
BRITISH TEA: A fun and festive opportunity to meet with others. Includes tea sandwiches, scones, fruit, tea or coffee. Wear or make a special hat. Prize for best hat.
WINTER PARK EXCURSION: Short trip on SunRail to Park Avenue in Winter Park. Scenic boat tour of famous houses, Morse Museum with the worlds most comprehensive Tiffany collection, lunch, and shopping. All venues optional. Pay as you go.
LUCAS, SU, MG HISTORY: Two seminars and a commentary. Lucas electrics diagnostics and upgrades. SU carburetor and fuel pump maintenance and repair. Walk-around MG history commentary at the Saturday car show.
>> BARRIE JONES is our special guest. He is the TD/TF Technical Specialist and the TF Registrar for the MG Car Club in England. Barrie has published many articles about maintaining and improving MGs, and has produced four books and a DVD. He has owned his MG TF1500 since 1966 and it has now covered more than 250,000 miles. He has also owned four factory V8s and 15 other MGBs.
MG CUTAWAY ART PRINTS: Three different art seminars about the inspiration behind and creation of unique fine art prints of MGs and other famous sports cars.
>> DAVID TOWNSENDs artwork has been featured on catalog covers, full-scale laser etchings, and books. His cutaway-style combines his love of British and classic sports cars with highly detailed illustration, producing a unique view of the structure and mechanics of each car. Each fine art print is produced on acid-free, museum quality paper using naturally pigmented inks, is numbered, and signed.

>> JIM HALL, owner of The MG Five Speed Company, is the 5-speed expert. He has been selling gearboxes and installation kits for MGs and Triumphs for fifteen years. His gearboxes are hundreds less than the same sold by major MG parts supplier.
WOMENS HEALTH: This breast awareness seminar could save a life.
>> ANN CORENBLUM is a Registered Nurse with 42 years in nursing. She has worked in Critical Care and Radiology Nursing. She assisted in setting up a Breast Imaging biopsy and procedures program at Celebration Health.

>> BRIAN and JACK COLLINS own Ceres Motorsports, performance parts manufacturer and British car garage. Ceres specializes in building custom performance MGs. Their latest creation is a tire-smoking turbocharged MGB. The shop's diagnostic and repair services are second to none.
>> HAP WALDROP owns Acme Speed Shop in Greenville, SC. Acme builds nothing but British car engines. Most are street performance or race prepped. Hap started racing MGs in the SCCA in 1984. He races a 1967 MGB. He is a frequent contributor to MG forums and has been published in Moss Motoring and Classic Motorsport magazines.
MG VINTAGE RACING: Famous MG racers explain with hands-on race car discussion.
>> GEORGE PARDEE is the quintessential MG racer. He is a founding member of MG Vintage Racers (MGVR). George been campaigning his #66 TF in MG Vintage Races for over thirty years. He is known to drive his MGs from Clearwater to race in the Northeast, then drive back home. Recipient of MGVRs Copper Bucket Spirit of Vintage Racing Award.
>> NICK PARDEE is a Skip Barber graduate and VSCCA member. He has raced at Lime Rock Park, Summit Point Motorsports Park, and the VSCCA Mount Equinox Hill Climb. Nick is currently restoring his 1974 MGB GT and will campaign the family TF race car this year.
>> JEFF BROWN is an MG TD vintage racer and restorer. He started racing in 2000 in a TD racer that was first built by Bob Colaizzi in 1984. He races all over the country and won the T-Series Cup at Watkins Glen. He is an active promoter of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.
>> MANLEY FORD is one of the most successful MG vintage racers in the U.S. His first race was in a TA in 1973. He started racing his TF in 1984 at Road Atlanta. His iconic TD #776 has been successful all over North America. Manley also helps run the annual Put-in-Bay Road Races Reunion on Lake Erie. He supplies competition-quality components and services for T-Series MGs to customers worldwide.

SUMMIT BREAKFAST: Exchange ideas to improve MG clubs and keep them active.
>> BETH LOWY reconstructed the Southeast MG T Registers GOFs to appeal to modern active MG owners. She led the successful MG Summit at Mayhem in the Mountains last year and brings her organizational and people skills to our Summit Breakfast.
