MG TD TF 1500 - MG TF help

I am helping a friend put his TF back together. I have not had any experience with a TF so I will be asking many questions. The first question I have is, how does the throttle return spring and braket attach onto the car. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Peter, Welcome!

The throttle return spring and bracket attaches to the car with one of the bolts to the starter. From there it attaches to the accelerator rod. I have a website that shows a TD being restored.
