MG TD TF 1500 - MGB Sway bar?
Anyone have a spare 5/8" mgb sway bar, spring pans, arms, and sway bar mounts they want to unload? I posted something on the MGB pages but didn't get a response. Alex |

Alex, You can get away without the MGB spring pans if you install your anti-sway bar as I did, fabricating simple brackets and clamping them to the TD spring pan with 1/4 inch bolts. Also, I went with a 5/8 bar, but I believe that a 9/16 would work as well. You can check it out at my website under "on Going Maintenence" in the mg td 15470 section. http://www.dbraun99.com/ warmly, Dave |

Hello Alex I have some of what you need, MGB spring pans and lower A arms, but I need to check on their condition. Unfortunately,I'm using the sway bar on my own TD vintage racer project. Just let me know if I can help. Regards Hiram |

Hiram, If the pans and arms are convenient, let me know their condition. I'd be interested in them if they are sound. Alex |

I'll check tonight and get back to you. Hiram |

Alex, if Hiram doesn't have the parts, I know I have at least one pan and arm in the basement if they will help. |

Jim, Hiram came up with pans and A arms, but I still need a 5/8" bar. Appearantly they were stock on the BGT. Doest anyone have a 5/8" bar from a BGT around? Alex |
