You could check around local welding, hydraulic or auto repair shops to have them replace that damaged tube. I'd repair it for you if you pay the shipping, but you'll probably save money by staying local. Jim, Ann Arbor Hydraulics |

Tamas, I just realized you said TF. This is for a TD, and I do not know if it is the same or not. Perhaps more knowledgeable folks on this site can help. Larry |

Hello Tamas . The photo gives indication that that this part has been fractured and repaired once prior. Unless you source the services of some-one with considerable experience , qualified to make some minor modifications if necessary it would be to your advantage to acquire a replacement . JOhn |

Tamas, Just remember one thing, your dealing with one of the most important parts of your engine, the engine oil supply. What ever you do, don't cheat on that part or any parts in the oil system! Find one in good condition and replace it. Use the broken one for a conversation piece. (Grin). JMHO. PJ |

Tamas I am pretty certain that the TF 1250 and 1500 as well as the late TD's all use that pattern of oil pickup, which is centred on the oil pan. The early TD and TC have a side entry pick-up which can get starved on fierce cornering; not nice! They do appear on EBay occasionally, mainly in the USA. Fracture at the point yours is welded is not uncommon. The one I have fitted has been repaired, and I now have a spare for when it fails again. If you really can't get hold of a good replacement send me an email direct, and maybe I can do without it! IanB |

The part on eBay has been sandblasted. I would hesitate to fit a sandblasted part in my oilsupply for fear that I did not clean it good enough... |

Tamas, The oil pickup on ebay will not fit your TF. You need one with a 4 bolt fitting to the sump, this one is the older 2 bolt fitting. John, |
