MG TD TF 1500 - TF Storage Box Frame Cover

Is the TF storage box covered with one piece of vinyl? I have plenty to cover the lid also, but it seems like a waste of material to do so. If that's how it's supposed to be, so be it. PJ

Were the pop rivets installed through the vinyl and remain exposed? If so, were they painted the vinyl color? PJ
